i know what i read, and it wasn't "traces".
but just to confim, i just went out to the rubbish bin and checked the bag of what i thought was a decent enough whole grain bread.
it says, "contains wheat, soy and milk" - nothing about "traces".
the other breads in the supermarket said contain "skim milk powder" and "milk solids"
there was about 6 or 7 different brands.
note that, there is the strong possibility that you are in a different region than me, and that your supermarket gets bread from different bakers.
if that is true, then that is interesing, could you please have a check next time you are in the supermarket and post back on this thread.
gluten + milk in the same product is a double whammy
