whats the go with this nvidia thing, page-8

I'm not disagreeing that this game streaming is amazing technology - it is great for people who are unable to afford a next gen gaming console or a high end PC and it is also great that someone was able to enjoy cyberpunk on a low end system. I'm just going to copy and paste a list of the most played 11 PC games by player count in April 2021 (source: website called newzoo)

I'm just going to point out that 8/11 games on there require millisecond perfect shooting to remain competitive and have a fun, engaging experience. I used to play gamebattles call of duty back about 10 years ago in my teen years and I can tell you that being 5-10ms behind the other players in input lag makes someone want to quit the game after 5 mins of play and never play again as you just cannot compete and cannot have an enjoyable experience even if you are a casual, beginner player.

Two of them being minecraft and roblox will run on very low end PC/laptop hardware anyway as they are older games so there is no need to pay for a subscription to play them.

that leaves one game out of this top 11 most played games list that would be viable and enjoyable to play on geforce now with a paid subscription: Grand theft auto, and this game is not currently offered by Nvidia.

What I'm trying to say is that the actual audience who falls in the scope of prospective geforce now ongoing revenue subscribers is a lot, lot, lot smaller than potential investors might think and if you are holding this stock purely for the geforce now partnership with the idea that geforce now subscribers will all sign up to pentanet I think you have the wrong idea.

I hope that I'm wrong - I want gaming to be the most popular leisure pastime activity in the world so I can share my hobby with others - and from the way I see it as someone who has played online videogames for most of the last 15 years plus has a commerce background I think the technology is too much in it's infancy to be commercially successful.
