    Rebel, the announcement serves no purpose anyway (unless it is the directors' wish to dampen enthusiasm for any non-MM offer) because the media speculation is clear that the RBC offer will be presented to them TODAY. A announcement could only have been useful if it were to come AFTER the speculated time frame!
