They should have cut rope from this guy a longtime ago. Using shareholder money to prop up a manager accused of horrendous crimes is a bad look. It's an indulgence from KS that we are paying for. Can't see the shareholder value rationale in this ongoing legal support of an employee who's exit would have zero impact on the company if he were out tomorrow. Not a good look.
