    It is one I struggle to get my head around.
    Directors must know in advance but they are not supposed to trade on that knowledge?
    Doesn't make sense.
    That said I think that it would raise eyebrows if director buys and then there is a major announcement soon after.

    Looks positive though any way you look at it.
