To all those who think the market is forward looking: this has traded in a narrow band at around 50 cents for 75 of it's 76 listed months.

I briefly held for about 6 months and made about 10 cents on it 3 or more year ago. Congratulations to all those who held against the tide.

Also seems to indicate the directors/cornerstone investors were trying to get it very much on the cheap although they may now be happy to take the new offer as well and "pursue other interests" like counting their money. Plummer now has a $26m pay day and Bryan $37m.
