The Apollo Phoenix transaction was another stakeholder who happened to own shares via the company and wanted to transfer them out, and as CD is involved these had to be reported to market.
So hopefully this wasn't the only reason you sold out? Need a 'superhero' to get these results out of the ground ASAP for the oppies
