Excuse my ignorance if this seems like a silly comment but aren't a lot of these trades run by computer programmes?
For example, someone wants to offload 10 million shares at 7 cents. Rather than broadcast it, the programme puts in 300k for sale at repeated intervals.
I don't believe that there is anything improper with this, it's just annoying.
P.S. A lot of posters are talking about the need for an announcement soon. Is anything actually EXPECTED or are we just hoping?
