Remote mining operations, camps & processing facilities supplied by opex free (almost) solar panels & 24/7 energy storage systems (VRFBs), imagine the scale of that market in Australia alone.
Scaling this will then lead to cost effective commercial solutions because costs will come down, skill sets will ramp up, then the domestic market (ie sold at Harvey Norman, Ikea & Bunnings) I could see as the third stage.
33GWh of energy storage demand would be enough to kick start an industry like that. There would be plenty of opportunities for a myriad of players.
