Due to multiple options conversions company is sufficiently cashed up to carry this over the line until funding arrangements through World Bank and London based largest shareholder will open up.
Once we have received the SML, those funding option will appear quickly as they had ample time to be prepared for this moment.
Freeport arrangements in the UK will drive share price quite substantially.
This is the quiet before the storm and very obvious accumulation by a broker.
