If no announcement soon - I think another member said this will be around 1.80 - 2.00.
Its looking that way.
Logically - why expand and develop a new ship yard for steel ship building if it does not think it can win a contract soon.
But - in one of its announcement - ASB said it will take 12 months for it to be commissioned (cannot remember if thats correct).
This sp cannot wait for another 12 months.
Any positive news will be good.
