I don't think this board can be embarrassed into resigning. They have shown their complete ineptitude and it's been played out in the public domain. If I were on the board I'd be thinking seriously about what gig I could possibly get after the debacle that is OZL, and so hold on to the post for as long as possible.

Makeuspoor should have been punted as soon as links to MM became known, it's not good for any company when the CEO doesn't believe the story he's paid to peddle.

This should become a case study in how not to perform as a board member.

I only hold this now as a morbid fascination to watch the car wreck.
