True from a broader prospect. But when a company challenge an economy like China and say openly they will not sell their product to them is a big thing. In today's world China is spending very big on AI and some company, still a small cap is so convinced that they openly said, they will sell their technology to everyone but China.
In commercial sense no one will use that language until they have some hidden benefits out of that. Just a thought only future will tell.
