WOOHOO Funding and the first of many share price increases!

But it isn't full funding of the $32M so in a few months more money will be needed form some where
either
A) Sell some more shares
B) Get a loan extension

As a holder I'm hoping for B!

But if selling equity - why would you do it now when the price is low rather than wait til closer to production and proof of progress driving share prices up?
Hopefully they are continuing conversations with Bank B over the next few months showing construction progression and the securing of off take agreements further de-risking the rest of the finding.
