Yep, sooner or later they need money to get going, bit of a shame it's not at a higher price point but that's ok. Q3 will be big for Prospect imho.
Interesting the word "material" being used, when PUR did a cap raise not long ago it was just "a capital raising". For those who have been in the game longer than I, is that anything to go by? My read would be potentially above the section 7.1 thresholds = material?
