Toad. They aren't very professional giving so many shares to all and sundry then asking for money from s/holders at a price well above the 30 day VWAP pre-record date. Just kids IMO. Then you have a HC reply and a 29yr old just out from Uni guy asking for over $2m of shares for nought. 7c is dead IMO - especially when you have sophs getting them for well below 3c. They were one the verge of v/a a few months ago. PRRO may give them some help on exercising. I would ex and sell. The only thing thatr may help is that they have a long SPP period. GL in wishing for some type of spike. It's not improbable, but highly unlikely IMO.
