I understand that from previous statements if they go to 14nm or less it will be for AKD2000 or beyond. AKD1000 is 28nm. Vorago have a hardened design for 28nm. The former CEO and Anil Mankar have only ever talked about 28nm for AKD1000 so I personally have no doubt that it will be 28nm.
In fact the last statement by the CEO on this subject that I specifically recall was that if a company wanted 14nm or less the IP was there and available for them to go to fab with but it was not something that BRN had any interest in at this stage.
