    There not even looking in the safe Congo either!

    Its interesting that RIO would consider the sovereign risk in DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo), for want of a better word, manageable.

    Feels reassuring for DMM in the neighbouring Republic of Congo who's sovereign risk is almost zilch.
