Passing of resolution 4 would greatly increase Grantham JR's reward just for surviving in the job rather than meeting specific revenue targets.
Does this discarding of rewards linked to specific revenue hurdles in the important USA market suggest to anyone that the USA CEO and the board are not privately confident all these USA Edencrete trials will lead to meaningful revenue?
