No mate, it can't predict the impact of a decision unless the market has been pricing it in leading up to the announcement and even that is not necessarily going to be accurate. So, there are only two things wrong with that chart as it pertains to BPH, if NOPTA is yes, it will blow the return to mean level away, if NOPTA is a no, it won't even return to mean. Other than that, it's great
