Lads I am still learning about grr. Current market cap is $625m. For that I get.....
1. Net cash in bank in the range of $200m to $250m. Probably closer to 250m by now.
2. All of the assets of the existing operation including Pellet Plant, mine, marketing relationships etc.
3. Earnings at a run rate of ebit $500m per annum. Probably about $300m per annum net earnings.
4. Ownership of the Southdown deposit Probably worth in the range of $100M?
5. Property development assets for sale worth in the range of $10m?
Have I missed anything? Looks like a good deal to me.
