    mmmm ... the removal of the CTO margin (which, I assume, would mean forced selling by at least some Holders) coupled with the SPP arbitrage opportunity probably explains why quite a few Shares have been sold of late ... certainly more than usual.

    Well, that's close to behind us now ... so we may have found a bottom.
