Yes this was my point, altho the sp did drop below the offer for a day however I had already bought at a higher price, hence my disappointment that we were not given same opp & now face the dilution. I did send an email raising these concerns but got no reply which is again annoying. Anyway I still view the overall pic of the co as positive, just would of liked to be included etc..
