That is an interesting thought. If it comes to fruition I hope the Board get a bit of swagger and start to beat up on the banks a bit. They have an alternative finance arrangement available, and I would tell the banks to put up or shut up. If they don;t put up, I would remove any and all business dealings with them, and thereaten to name names re the negotiaions (if legal). Put the pressure on the banks who may not want to explain the loss of th deal to their shareholders and the public.
I suspect however that the deal will however be passed by ty the institutions who would see the selling of assets to MM as being a no risk profit maker. Saying No to MM will most likely have bigger profit potential but introduces more risk. I suspect risk aversion will outweigh potential profit for institutions.
