Thanks guys @chand & @lawyersdontsurf
I have two working feet and plan on keeping it that way for now, so have no interest in pursuing the company while I'm a holder.
My thoughts centre around a relatively quicker finding of the exited directors guilt, which would hopefully where possible eventuate in an out of court settlement to have their remaining shares claimed by the company and be done with it.
To be honest we still don't even know if ZZ and Ning ma were responsible for this, yes I know it's an unpopular thought but could also go some way to explain KPMG's lack of ability to sign off if "supposed evidence" is only speculation of the company and cant be substantiated.
It could be solely on the past CEO and our Chinese contacts were only used as scape goats playing on the popular thought that the "chinese did it" for all we know right now.
Again not saying they weren't the perpetrators, just there is a lot we don't know and there were others to gain from cooked books besides them.
