Of course directors act for the benefit of all shareholders. Doesn't mean if you want clarification or otherwise that directors, or the assigned representative, are unapproachable.

Business is all about networking. Networking plays just as an important part of any business as the goods or service being supplied.

Asking questions via email or talking to the company does not assume arrogance, it assumes the shareholder has an active interest in their investment. How can anyone come to such a silly conclusion?
