the stake holders have just had their stake in the company diluted
if there is any discount on shares it should go to original stakeholders
and if there are any shares left over those stakeholders should be given the opportunity to buy them
instead what has happened is that the original stakeholders have been disregarded
rio has shown no loyalty to the original stakeholders ...simple
