I think a few people have mis-estimated the likely AISC of Tropicana going forward. To my understanding the FYE Jun 2020 AISC was elevated because of the build of the Boston shaker U/G, Similarly FYE Jun 2021 AISC because of the Havana Cutback.
Both of these will yield fruit going forward and I would think AISC falls back to USD$1,100 in 2022 forward on a like for like basis. I think management know this as do some analysts like GS. I believe is an element in the price paid.
All IMVHO Nevertheless I don't underestimate the analytical skills of people like Nordesmic.
