Where did you read any of that info in this announcement? All this is saying is that SSR no longer has any link with Valor (after Valor relinquished Berenguela back to SSR) and wanted to sell it's shares in VAL. They've now sold them through CPS Capital to other VAL shareholders, including directors. There's nothing about relinquishing Berenguela South that I can see.
