Whilst this is running through my head, so I can find it again - here's industry standard benchmark 1 - water/waste water.

TNG will produce finished/end product 100,000tpa of high purity TiO2 end product
They will consume 3,850 ML of water (dependent on Darwin area rainfall as they will use Stormwater)

Iluka 2019 produced 274,000 tpa of Zircon, an intermediate product used for TiO2 production
This required 13,632 ML water, producing 1,442ML waste water

TIVAN is 3.85GL 100ktpa end grade product or would be 10.549GL equivalent for 274ktpa.
Their waste water = Zero

However Iluka's product still requires further processing to turn it into TIO2
So even worst case, TNG's process JUST FOR TiO2 is around 30% more water efficient.....

But they also produce 500ktpa of Iron Ore & 6ktpa of Vanadium.
Wonder how much water per T CITIC pacific (Sino Iron) uses to beneficiate their ore? Or Twiggy's Iron Bridge?
I do know that CITIC built a 51/52GL desalination plant & produce somewhere in the order of 24Mtpa of ore - so there's about 2 GL per Mt. So add 1GL to the savings from TIVAN for 0.5Mtpa of Iron Ore (remember Balla Balla's MOU?)

Vanadium water use will be a bit trickier. This is why I need to spend time on this on the weekend.
