it actually would work and the transition would be rapid IF business came up with the idea and thought that they could make larger fortunes from it
I suggest that they could ------ I also suggest that the world would get behind it far more than they get behind war - which people tire of and there's always resistance to at some level
the hard thing would be the catalyst
history is against such a change - but, it would be possible and I'm certain it would work if we engaged with it
