Copper stocks DOWN AGAIN

"In LME warehouses they fell 3,225 tonnes to 299,975 tonnes, the lowest since early December"

We did see some Cu stock come into the Shanghai warehouse today, the Chinese are starting to reduce purchases as Copper prices climb.

Unless we see any big Cu shipments come into the LME warehouses we'll see copper at US$2.40/lb next week.

Unfortunately we have too many nervous nellies out there who cannot hold and wait, ABY would already be at 70 cents if it were not for these panic merchants.
But their loss will be the gain for others. Fact is copper will be up more, and it won't be long.

Unfortunately most analysts don't really have a clue about what is happening in China.
I'd doubt whether ONE analyst has ever tried travelling hard seat or hard sleeper on a train in China.
WHY is this SO important?
Everyone in China would prefer to travel soft sleeper, as they become more wealthy and move into the middle class they want to improve their standard of travel, problem is you need 10 times more trains to transport the same number of soft sleeper passengers than hard seat passengers.
I doubt whether a single analyst realises this.
How could they know, they sit staring at a computer screen and if they do travel, they travel by plane.
I can tell you the Chinese are starting to demand a better standard of travel.
