Have just noticed that PRR had another good day yesterday. It didn't shoot up for no reason, nor did the price collapse. It is behaving as it should at this point in time - steady as she goes.
I can hear certain posters shouting back that I am talking rubbish. "It has been dumped!" they are shouting.
On the contrary it is holding up extremely well. Rather than dumping investors are holding it with all their might.
At 4:10pm some person or several person's decided to sell 345,612 shares at 6.3 cents, a measly $21,773.56 worth of shares. The person/s could have sold for many reasons. Needed the cash to pay the credit card, or too scared to hold over the long weekend, or read mac12's post and decided to take notice of his wise input, or it could even have been someone who is attempting to manipulate the sp.
Who knows? However what is happenning with the share price at this point in time is definetly no dump. It is behaving as it should.
I have no problem with the shares that the directors have "given" themselves. Would we have prefered that they had remunerated themselves with an appropriate amount of cash? I certainly wouln't because in allocating themselves a REASONABLE (yes, I thing that it is reasonable) number of shares they have conveyed to us that they will do their utmost to ensure that the company is successful. Afterall, that is the ONLY way that they will make any money from the share allocation. To the directors, the allocation is (virtually) worthless if they do not succeed.
*Fundamentals extremely good.
*Martin Rogers a very capable YOUNG man
*Supported by eminent team of professionals
*Long way down the track of a development cycle which
usually takes about 15 years.
*IF successful, huge market.
I say again, I am pleased to see that PRR had another good day yesterday.
