I concur. Its the JV official sign off in a few weeks, and my take on his rather bumbling approach is that there's a buyer for 20,000 tonnes in the wings and I am betting its the JV. But they are going to have to go some to have those options exercised. I'm sitting on a truck load and I am not that confident, but having said that, there's some massive incentive to get them exercised and I think Gerdau might be the catalyst that helps them out there. But it is far from over the line.
