If that is the case, it will come out. Someone will have to look at this, maybe an inquiry of some sort, and let us know what transpired?
Given it is a church and they carry a lot of voting power, it is likely they will try and bury it anyway. But it will have to be based on substance now.
One thing the church will have to explain, no doubt, is how the $6.5m plus $3m upgrade of the unit was financed; not to mention the 30,000 dollar dresses? You might be right that it is all a beat-up but let us wait and see. I saw a very angry Greek man on tv whose Mum had passed away at the home during the pandemic. He is not alone.
