I disagree completely...........Governments always change the rules to suit themselves..........FDR banned the holding of Gold in the 1930s and then immediately revalued the Gold price so that the Government made shed loads of money.........Watch this space always.......Yes, I am from the Government/Tax Office and I am here to help you.......LOL......COYS
