cheque payment only

FYI
I have contacted the share registry and been told no electronic is accepted (as stated on the form but i just wanted to double check).

I asked for clarification on wether the cheque had to be cleared and was told that so long as the cheque and the entitlement form is handed into their office before the close date/time it will be accepted.
I aksed if the girl was certain and was told 'pretty sure', to which i told her i need 100% sure not 'pretty sure' and she said 100% as stated on the form.
