%35 is Nvidia's cut with the subscriptions. Pentanet didnt declare this %, but did include (in your screenshot, but not highlighted) that Nvidia would be taking a % of revenue. The % is based on other research with nvidia on this.
I take the revenue increase with a pinch of salt, if 70% of the new customers are off-net (ie, NBN or LBN) customers. The % in GP they get from off-net customers, is actually a loss-making exercise, given that the GP is before things like marketing are taken into the equation.

I'm not really much of a risk taker and like to know all the facts before wanting to cough up some $$$.
Again, my interest in this at the moment, is because it has a lot of "come look at me" with how they are pumping things up.
When comparing their off-net customer base to what superloop purchased skymesh' fixed-line customers (10,000 customers for ~$1mil) + Uniti's ~6,000 fixed wireless customers for roughly $13mil on IPO, I've just discarded how these guys are operating with that side of the business.
The only thing left, was this gaming side of the business.
They have a gaming team, but like any sports, if your team isnt the champion of the league, you dont get anything.
Sponsorship is the next thing that teams/clubs do, but it looks more like Pentanet is exclusive for that one, so they wouldnt be getting any funds for sponsorship.
With the gaming team looking more like something that costs money, than making money, left just the nvidia shield thing.
At initial glance, this looked like a nice idea.
Diving then into the technical side of how this all works and the deal the nvidia has, the clear winner is nvidia themselves. However even if this nvidia shield thing were to be successful, i just cant see a huge profit to be made from these servers, which would need replacing every few years.
That's different to the other model (fixed wireless), where you dont need to replace hardware so often, so is more lucrative.
