They may do a share consolidation before the recapitalisation. Looks at OOK where they did a 1 for 80 consolidation and then issued a prospectus for the new activity. So from the various back door listing examples, we should not get too excited. If the new business is a good one, in a few more years we might recover some of our cost. Bottom drawer I think.....
