MAK now has 71% of BON shares but the offer expires this wednesday 10th June. Does anyone think they'll get to 90%?
It doesnt seem very likely considering acceptances have only been increasing by about 1% or 2% each day. Although recently with the strong share price of MAK the offer is obviously looking better which may lead to a late influx of acceptances. There are obviously some people who will leave it till the last moment to accept to see how the MAK sp is and whether it is increasing/decreasing.
I have been a holder of MAK for about a year and personally hope they get up to 90% but its seeming more and more unlikely.
If they dont get there what does everyone think will be the outcome? Will they just maintain the majority control of the company or try to acquire shares on market or through other means?
Also does anyone know how many acceptances the UCL offer has? I havent been able to find and info on this
