good to have both sides of the story and then you make your mind !!
I read mr ladders and snakes posts as he point out all the ladders for STX and all the snakes ( as he thinks) with the JV partner , always the same system , he will never tell you about the 2 big risky anacondas here , geothermal and waleyring.
non holders will tell you about the snakes and why they not holding ,
it goes the other way around at JV partner thread too, I never ignore them !!
and I bet you haven't ignored them otherwise how you know about them
