I'll be taking up my allocation. Anything under 3 cents at this stage for PEN is a must buy in my opinion. I dont think the SP will stagnate for too long Hans. There should be a stream of news coming over the next 12 months all of it progressing rapidly towards production. That will keep the SP floating along nicely as will the approaching nuclear bullrun that will ensure stocks like PEN that are on a timeline to production will be the ones most sought after. We've been in this for a number of years and now our patience will be well rewarded. Just compare what PEN has in so far as known resources, type of production method and where they are located compared to so many other junior explorers and the odds are we wont be classed as a junior for too much longer.
