    I went to company trustee as im the only person now.

    everything has to be done from scratch including off market transfers. They even put a lock on my old shares for a month while they fart arsed around changing it over. Took 2 months all up. Totally useless process.

    you nominate the offmarket price, and it is a new entity buying it...
