wow. that was a bit defensive.

let me refraise. I AM going to lock in my MFS losses this year before june 30th.

I am currently investigating the best way to do this.
I dont want to pay $80 to delisted.com for no reason, and i cant see any reason why i cant do a off market sale to my wife/friend/family for .001 cents per share.

However i have never done this and dont know if its legal. I will be talking to my accountant first but I thought perhapes someone else knows if it is indeed possible or not.
