My understanding (and I am happy to be corrected) is that;

• A couple of years age Todd reduced its real estate investments,
• The Labor NZ Government has banned future petroleum/gas exploration,
• Petroleum/gas sales comprise a significant proportion of Todd's income,
• The Todd family is getting larger thus has more pockets to fill, and
• The non family CEO has been replaced by a Todd family member.

I expect at this time, Todd's significant investment in FMS, BBIG, offices in Perth and Sydney is not making much of a return for them.
My hope is that they sell out to an investor who can make things happen.
