Sorry but that makes no sense. As I understand it, we are being asked to hand over the company on a diluted basis with each company contributing assets respectively. The question really is one of risk diversification, scale of the merged company and future potential. GXY had a bright future in its own right. If this is nothing short of a TO in all but name, why should I be prepared to accept this offer without any premium what so ever?
