Agreed. We should be receiving a premium for our GXY shares not a discount, yes i understand the share price has boomed the last couple weeks but leaves not much intial incentive for holders.
Overall, i think it will be a good move have a large consolidated Lithium miner, a lot of positives from further vertical intergration and combining assets. Looking forward to see how the market see's it this week. A lot of long term positives which im all for. Lithium battery tech will be a boom industry over the next 5-10 years.
