This is good news, there's nothing really new or unexpected but it just re-assures the market the EVA Plant is progressing per the previously stated plan and timelines.
After the delay with the DFS I think it's important to give the market some confidence that it's all progressing and there aren't delays to the EVA plant.
Maybe it could have waited until the upcoming 4C but they obviously wanted to make a point of this.
