They have been doing a software upgrade over the weekend, and have had a massive glitch in the system on start-up this morning.
Nothing we, or they can do at this stage. They have pulled in every IT person & are flat out trying to fix it.
Its not worth ringing them, as it is purely an IT glitch.
My account shows a $30,000 deficit. So I cant trade at all. I would need to sell $30k worth of shares just to balance the account and begin trading. So I am halted!!
So be careful about trading as it might not show up as cash "available to trade" .... just have a rest!
