I remember reading about the trial of a man who was accused of rape. The MALE barrister for the accused put it to the female when she was in the witness. He said something like 'Mr X said you were moaning during the event. Is that an indication that you were enjoying it?' What a turd. According to the barrister's way of thinking if he happened upon a road accident and the victims were moaning his first question would be "Did you enjoy that accident?" What a turd.
